Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all Vendors who are Interested in Selling of Agricultural based E-books

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Account Registration

All Accounts Registered on Agricbooks are solely and acquisitively Controlled and Managed by Agrodemy which is the Owner of Agricbooks. And as sure we own the right to sanction or delete the Account of the Vendor as the case maybe if any infringement sure as Copyright issues, Fraud, Deception e.t.c be found on the products or Account pages.

Verification

All Vendor accounts require a verification process via email which is automatic and manually which is scrutinized by Agricbook and Agrodemy Teams. This verification requires the upload of Identification Cards such as Drivers licence, Voters Card or National Identity Card even the NIN slip is accepted. This will help put Vendors records in check and minimize fraud. A period of 30days is given as a grace period for Verification of Account failure of this may warrant a deletion of Products and Accounts.

Commission

For every Sale made Agricbooks charges a commission of 5%, and this will be used for the maiintenance and functionality of the site. And this commision could be adjusted lower as Agricbooks grows

Withdrawal and Payments

All Withdrawal requests can be made at anytime but are only processed only on weekdays since we work on all withdrawal requests manually so as to be submitted to Banks for Payments. Please note that all payments to you are made only via Bank Transfer so as to avoid errors but as time goes on this would be improved to make the experience better.

Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). Which all pertain to Agriculture.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Agrodemy itself.

Agricbooks has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Agricbooks shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
